Returns & Exchanges

At Beurer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Beurer account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
